2025 CORNISH TOWN MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 10-3-301(2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Cornish Town, Utah to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election are:

• Mayor – to be elected at-large to serve a four-year term.
• Town Council Members – to be elected for the following responsibilities:
  • Park and Finance – Four-year term
  • Water – Four-year term

A primary election will be held, if necessary, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The general election will be held on November 4, 2025.

A Cornish Town resident who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy between June 2 and June 6, 2025. Declarations of Candidacy must be filed in person with the Town Clerk at the Cornish Town Hall, 4788 W 14300 N, Cornish, Utah, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5 pm). Please make an appointment with the Town Clerk before you arrive.

Annual Meeting Notice

2025 ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEMBERS OF THE

 TOWN COUNCIL TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF THE TOWN OF CORNISH

Public notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Cornish conducts its regular Council meetings on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at Cornish Town Hall, 4788 West 14300 North, Cornish, Utah, which meeting begins at 7:00 p.m., but if the meeting day is a legal holiday, then the meeting shall be canceled. Agendas for the meetings are posted as required by law. 

Meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission are held on the third Wednesday of each month at Cornish Town Hall, 4788 West 14300 North, Cornish, Utah, which meeting begins at 6:00 p.m., but if the meeting day is a legal holiday, then the meeting shall be canceled. Agendas are posted as required by law.
